TLDR: I don’t know.

But really, I don’t know what reiki will be to you. In my study, I found that my life has just become more satisfying with dedication to walking with the principles. One thing that does distinguish reiki from other energy work modalities is the attunement process. The attunement is administered to each student by their teacher to strengthen their sensation with reiki energy.
I have long pursued wellness and enlightenment, but I struggled with inconsistency or unmet expectations that deepened my dissatisfaction. Somewhere between transitioning into my ”late 20s” and learning reiki, I finally really feel like my life is mine to make.

We all have a spirit within that moves us to improve the world. I will nurture that spirit, encouraging my clients to build confidence and overcome inhibitions.
2. I work towards increasing my clients capacity for hope.
Hopelessness and dissatisfaction are an essential part of life; they expose beliefs or patterns that separate us from joy. However, without the right tools, we can easily become stuck and stagnant in life. I seek to equip my clients with renewed hope, confidence, and self-determination.

3. I provide sources and citations for all the information that I share - OR - provide written disclaimer that a source is missing.
A credible source is worth its weight in gold in our misinformation era. I will always do my part to provide resources to the information that influences my practice.
